From a harmonious blend of grapes grown on our clay/limestone terroirs, this Chinon reveals intense scents of red fruits. On the palate it has a delightful silky structure.
This is Chinon full of fruit and immediate pleasure, for happy moments with friends.
It should be drunk while still young.

From 30-year-old vines.
Terroir
A grouping of all our terroirs: Senonian clay known as “Cornuelles” and Turonian limestone, “Tuffeau”.
Vinification
Hand-harvested. Moved through the cellar by gravity. As the vines on these plots have not yet reached the age of wisdom, our aim is to preserve the fruit character of the grapes.
Ageing
A minimum of 5 months in stainless steel vats on protective fine lees.
