Each of our bottles holds elements of sensitivity, reflection and work. Our choices are guided by the aim of allowing the symbiosis between each vine and its environment to be expressed in bottle.
Each vine and then each bunch is treated with the greatest care in the vineyard. Harvested by hand, the grapes move through our cellar by gravity, allowing gentle extraction and creating finesse, which leads to juice of the purest elegance.
The selections spend several months in the cellar. Ageing, sometimes in barrel, sometimes in amphoras, develops the aromas and builds noble tannins.
