    filet

A very different style of Chenin, this dry white is made from grapes that have been affected by botrytis. After pressing the grapes go directly into wooden barrels where the fermentation takes place gently over a period of months.

The resulting wine is rich and full, round and long with notes of honey, chestnut and quince.

    Vintage available: 2013
